This paper introduces compressed air atomizing pump inhalation therapy in the pediatric clinical application and nursing. For respiratory diseases, clinical treatments include inhalation therapy and professional nursing, including the preparatory work before inhalation, children and parents＇ psychological nursing, treatment and post - treatment nursing and to observe the ad- verse drug reactions and so on. This method used for instrument operation is simple and easy and it can directly improve the chil- dren~ compliance and clinical efficacy,help children successfully complete treatment. It is worthy of promotion.
