1%甲基硫菌灵糊剂的高效液相色谱法测定

Determination of 1% thiophanate-methyl cataplasm by HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定甲基硫菌灵含量。实验结果表明,该方法甲基硫菌灵在一定的质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.35%,相对标准偏差为2.930 7%。该方法简便、准确可行、灵敏度高。

The concentration of thiophanate-methyl is determined by high pressing liqud graphychromato.The results show that this mothod has favourable linear linearization relationship at the mass concentration range of thiophanate-methyl.The recycle efficienay is 99.35%,the relative standard deviation was 2.930 7%.The result indicates that this method is simple,fast,accurate and feasible,and high sensitivity.
