加强化工工艺风险识别的若干探讨

化工生产具有易燃、易爆、有毒等危险特性,如果不能严格控制化工生产中的相关风险,在很大程度上就增加了经营风险,一旦发生事故将会造成不可挽回的损失,所以有效控制化工生产中的危险有害因素,加强化工工艺风险识别,对于保证化工企业的安全生产具有重要意义。从化工工艺的概述出发,通过分析化工工艺风险识别标准与内容,提出加强化工工艺风险识别的相关建议。

With the development of chemical manufacturing enterprises,chemical products category also become increasingly diverse,and chemical process is increasingly diversified and gradually developing into a high-tech parameters,high-performance production business model.As is known to all,chemical production is flammable,explosive,toxic and has other hazardous characteristics.If the risks associated with chemical production are not strictly control,business risk is largely increased.Once the accident occurs,it will cause irreparable damage.So effectively controling the risk of harmful chemical production factors and strengthening risk identification of chemical processm are important to ensure the safety of the chemical industry production.This paper outlines chemical process.By analyzing the standard and content of risk identification of chemical process,it proposes ways to strengthen risk identification of chemical process.
