水相中锡粉促进醛的烯丙基化反应研究

摘要 以锡粉、醛和烯丙基溴为原料,二氯甲烷-水作为混合溶剂,通过锡粉促进醛的烯丙基化反应,合成了一系列高烯丙基醇.此方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单、产率高、避免使用有毒的有机锡试剂等优点,为高烯丙基醇类化合物的合成提供了一种简单易行的方法. This paper studied the allylic reaction of aldehydes promoted by tin powder using methylene chloride-water as co-solvent at room temperature, and successfully synthesized a series of homoallylic alcohols.This method has the advantages of simple operation,mild reaction conditions,high yields,and avoiding the use of toxic organotin. It provides a simple and convenient method for the synthesis of homoallylic alcohols.
