摘要 地下原位开采油页岩是近年来发展起来的新方法。中国东北地区油页岩层厚度一般小于10 m,可以采用水平井方式加热油页岩。设计了一种水平井电加热方式,利用FLUENT软件,结合自编的FORTRAN程序,数值模拟水平井和竖直井的电加热过程,并对计算结果进行对比;分析了油页岩的平均温度、产油量、热损耗率随加热时间的变化过程,计算出加热过程的耗电量。计算结果表明,采用水平井电加热方法热损耗比竖直井小,可以缩短生产时间,降低生产成本。 Underground in-situ exploiting of oil shale is a new method developed in recent years. The oil shale layer thickness in Northeast China is usually less than 10 m, so oil shale can be heated in horizontal wells. A method of electric heating in horizontal wells is developed. Using FLUENT software and in combination of self-developed FORTRAN program, the electric heating process was numerically simulated in horizontal well and vertical well, and the calculation results was compared. The change process of average tem-perature, oil production and thermal loss of oil shale with time was analyzed, and the power consumption during heating was calculated. The calculation result shows that the thermal loss of electric heating in horizontal well is less than that in vertical well, so this method can shorten the production time and reduce production cost.
