摘要 稠油黏度大,流动性差,现场大多采用高温蒸汽注入油层来稀释降黏,液力反馈抽油泵既能抽油又能注汽,还具有下行反馈力,因此在稠油井得到广泛应用,但是稠油井内大多含有伴生气体,常规反馈泵没有排气功能,在使用中常因气锁而导致泵工作失效,油井不能连续生产。为此,研制了气液置换型防气锁反馈泵,该泵在反馈泵上设计有排气装置,给进入泵内的气体提供排出的通道,使其具有防气锁功能,从而提高泵效,延长抽油泵使用寿命。 Due to large viscosity and poor lfowability of heavy oil, high temperature steam is mostly injected to oil reservoirs to di-lute crude oil and reduce its viscosity. Hydraulic feedback oil well pump can both pump oil and inject steam, and can generate downward feedback force, so it is widely used in heavy oil wells. However, heavy oil wells often have associated gas, and conventional feedback pump do not have venting function, so the pump often fails due to airlock, leading to discontinued production of oil wells. For this reason, the gas-liquid replacement anti-airlock feedback pump was developed, which was designed to be equipped with venting device, which provides a passageway to release the gas introduced into the pump, so the pump has an anti-airlock function, hence the pump efifciency is improved and its service life is extended.
