摘要
我国不同地域自然环境、社会经济发展差异悬殊,在这一背景下,新型城镇化的重要内涵之一是探索具有地域特色的发展方式,而地域性城镇空间发展是重要的支撑。黄土高原具有独特的地貌环境,同时作为国家重要能源基地,城镇化发展进入了快速通道。强化设计结合自然,尊重地域生态环境,建立从绿色生土建筑、绿色黄土山地城镇到绿色生态安全格局的黄土高原人居环境空间体系,是黄土高原新型城镇化发展的重要途径。
In China, among regions there exist huge differences in terms of both natural environment and social economic development. Such diver fied backgroun durges new urbanization to explore development routes of regional characteristic, for which regional urban space development could serve as an essential support. The Loess Plateau has not only a unique landscape environment, but as a national important energy base, it has entered a fast track in terms of urbanization development. Considering such unique conditions, this paper proposes that, to achieve the new urbanization of the Loess Plateau, one important route is to enhance a nature-bound design, to respect regional ecological environment, and to shape the overall framework for the Loess Plateau human settlements spatial system into a pattern integrating green ecological buildings, green mountain towns with green ecological safety.
