Analysis to the fault on counter balance valve of the hydraulic mooring winch

文章就某船液压锚缆机操纵阀置于中位时,收紧的缆绳在张力的作用下马上松开,回到松弛状态的现象,对平衡阀的结构、工作原理和受力状态进行分析,并提出了修理方法。

Based on the phenomenon that the tightened rope will be loosened with the force of the rope tension when the direction valve of the hydraulic mooring winch is on the neutral position,this paper analyzes the principle,the structure and the mechanics state of the mooring winch counter balance valve,and puts forward the repairing method.
