摘要 通过对83 000m3 LPG船用JFE-LT-FH32低温钢首次实施的火工工艺性能试验的介绍,以符合JFE-LT-FH32低温钢热加工性能为前提,综合国内外相关研究成果,全面分析该钢种的理化性能,并结合公司生产实际,优选工艺参数、制定行之有效的试验方案。通过一系列有规律、有关联特征的力学性能试验,化繁为简,高效地验证了所优选的火工工艺参数可合理地应用于现场生产,该研究成果可指导该钢种火工加工及矫正通用工艺的准确制定。 The first test result of flame processing property of JFE-LT-FE32 low temperature steel,which is applied in 83 000m^3 LPG ship,is introduced in this article.Taking the flame processing property of the steel as a precondition,synthesizing the scientific achievements at home and abroad,fully analyzing the physical and chemical performance,combining with actual production conditions of the company,the process parameters are optimized,and the efficient testing program is made up.Through a series of mechanical property tests which are regular and in connection with characteristics,the rationality of optimized flame processing parameters in practical application is efficiently verified.The results can provide a reference for the process formulation of flame processing and flame distortion correction of the steel.
