摘要
介绍设计研制的LNG船用大型型材切割生产线机器人自动化柔性切割系统。通过导入定制船用坡口,端头,切割形状功能的MGF描述文件,系统自动实现机器人对型材的柔性切割,很好地适应了船厂型材切割工艺需求。同时针对型材的变形和定位,提出了一种利用激光传感器,基于边缘和表面变形测量的在线式补偿算法,实现了LNG船用大型型材的精度切割,验证了该系统的可行性和高效性。
This paper describes the design and development of flexible automatic robot cutting machine system of LNG shipbuilding large profile.The developed machine system can automatic flexible cutting of large profile through input the MGF file of the bevel,head shape and the cutting elements size of the large profile,it is well satisfied the requirement of shipyard profile cutting workshop.Further more,a kind of laser measurement algorithm is developed to compensate the deformation of large profile's edge and shape,which rapidly improve the precision profile cutting of LNG shipbuilding,and the practicality and efficiency are also proved by the system in the paper.
