文章首先介绍了人源葡萄糖转运蛋白GLUT1的晶体结构的基本原理及其研究情况。提出科学研究离不开实验,良好的实验环境是科学研究的重要条件,进一步提出实验室工作中应注意的经验与教训;最后指出实验室建设工作中存在的问题与期望。

This article first introduced the fundamental principle of the crystal structure of the human glucose transporter GLUT1 and the situation of research. Author was point out the science research can＇ t do without the experiment, and favorable laboratory environment is an important condition for science research, and future should pay attention to the experiences and lessons of laboratory work. Last, author put forward the problem and expectance in the work of the laboratory construction.
