用于光电检测的V/F脉宽调制电路设计

摘要 针对V/F电路脉宽调制受限的问题,根据单稳态触发电路的脉宽调制原理并结合光电检测实际应用时的信号转换要求,设计了一种能够准确获得能匹配数字相关器的脉宽信号的V/F转换电路。这种电路脉宽输出可以维持在30 ns,优于一般的V/F电路,具有结构简单、转换频率高、转换时间短、线性度小等优点。 V / F is an important mode in the applications of photoelectric detection to convert the voltage signals produced by photoelectric devices to pulse signals. The V / F circuit was designed to aim at the problems of pulse-width modulation that can match with the digital autocorrelator. This design was based on the principles of monostable trigger and signal conversion requirements when photoelectric was detected. This circuit could produce the signal that the pulse held at30 ns that was better than other V / F circuits and the circuit was simple in structure and had high converter-frequency. It also held short convert time and excellent linearity and so on.
