摘要
"液压与气压传动"是一门实践性很强的机械类专业的专业基础课程,为进一步培养学生的创新精神与实践能力,设计性实验成为该课程实验教学改革的重点内容。首先,从实验的基本要素入手,明确了"液压与气压传动"课程的实验目的和要求;然后,针对传统实验体系的不足,分析了该课程增设设计性实验的重要性;最后,以液压传动电磁换向回路设计实验为例,重点从实验准备、实际实验操作、实验报告填写、实验成绩评定等方面介绍了设计性实验的教学实施过程。实践表明:"液压与气压传动"课程合理增设设计性实验并正确实施,能充分调动学生在实践中学习的积极性和主动性,有利于培养学生工程意识,提高学生动手能力和创新能力,这将使他们终生受益。
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission is a course of highly practical technique foundation for mechanical engineering. In order to further cultivate the students' innovation spirit and practice ability,the designing experiments become an important content of the experiment teaching reform. Firstly,starting with the basic elements of experiment,the experiment object and demand of the course of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission are defined; Secondly,the importance of offering design experiments for overcoming the deficiency of traditional experiment system is analyzed.Finally,taking the electromagnetic reversing circuit experiment an an example,the teaching implementation process of designing experiments is introduced such as experiment preparation,actual experiment operation,experiment report to fill in,grade evaluation etc. The practice indicates that reasonably adding design experiments and implementing correctly in the course hydraulic and pneumatic transmission can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of student learning in practice,to cultivate students ' engineering consciousness,to improve students ' practice ability and innovation ability. This will make them a lifelong benefit.
