摘要
为了提高教学质量,深化教学改革,2013年8-10月,苏州大学医学部组织青年骨干教师赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校参加教学培训。UCLA医学教育整合了基础、临床和社会科学的内容,采用以器官或系统为中心的模块式教学和PBL为核心的教学体系,有目的地将临床内容渗透到基础医学教学中。结合UCLA的教学模式和苏州大学的实际情况,我们提出了医学教育的改革方向:对传统课程设置进行改革,设置以器官系统为基础,整合基础医学和临床医学的课程体系,建立以学生为中心,以问题为中心的PBL教学模式,开展行医学教学,以培养学生的自主学习、创新性思维和临床技能。
In order to improve the educational quality and deepen educational reform,from August to October,2013,Medical School,Suzhou University delegated young backbone teachers to participate the teaching courses in the University of California,Los Angeles( UCLA). UCLA medical education integrates the foundation medicine,clinical medicine,and social medicine. The teaching system includes organ-or system-based curricular blocks. The central learning experience is the PBL sessions,and clinical medicine is purposely infiltrated into the teaching of foundation medicine. Combining the teaching system in UCLA with the actual situation in Soochow University,we put forward the direction of the reform in our medical education. To reform the traditional curriculum and to set basic medicine and clinical medicine integrated, organ system-based courses. To establish students and problem-centered CBL / PBL teaching mode and to carry out the doctoring practice. This reform will cultivate students ' autonomous learning,innovative thinking and clinical skills.
