摘要
实训教学运用企业标准化工作模式运作,更能调动起学生们的积极性,通过SOS和JIS指导的这种自主化的实训过程,能充分调动起学生们的积极性,让学生成为实训的主角。学生不仅仅是在进行加工练习,对加工工艺也有了全方位的认识,同时还能对设备日常运作有了基本的认识。就学生全面地了解社会企业工作模式有着很大的帮助,对于学生今后进入社会有着实质性的指导意义。
Practical teaching mode by using enterprise standardization can better mobilize the enthusiasm of the students. The mode is guided by SOS and JIS,trains students to become the protagonist. By this way,students not only practice during the processing of operation,have a full range of knowledge,also have a basic understanding to the daily operation of device. It can help greatly students＇ overall understanding of the mode of operation of social enterprises,and the students coming into the community with substantive significance.
