摘要 高校卓越工程师的教育培养是造就一大批具有工程实践和创新能力、适应国民经济建设需求的高素质工程技术人才,实验教学无疑是卓越工程师培养的重要方面。通过厘清在卓越工程师培养视阈下实验教学以学生为本的工作理念、教师的"主人翁"和"终身学习"两种意识和抓好良好实验习惯养成、动手能力培养以及注重实验骨干等三项工作,正确定位实验教学观,调整实验评价体系,把握学生实验的差异性、指导性和社会适应性,才能为卓越工程师人才的培养提供支撑和保障。 "Excellent engineers"education and training are to create a large number of high-quality technique engineers who have creative,practical,and innovational ability,to meet the needs of national economic construction. The experimental teaching is undoubtedly one of the most important aspects of the outstanding engineers training. By clarifying the outstanding engineers training,the perspective of experimental teaching should be student-oriented,the teacher should have viewpoints of "ownership"and "lifelong learning",and the ability to pay special attention to the cultivation of good habits experiments. We correct the position of experimental teaching,adjust the experimental evaluation system,grasp the difference in students' experiments,guidance and social adaptability. These measures provide support and protection for "Excellent Engineers"education and training.
