摘要
面对高校实验室管理复杂问题,东华大学材料科学与工程学院实验教学中心,从2008年起结合自身实验室开放积累的经验和方法,联合专业公司,自主设计了一套"实验室智能管理系统",用全新的实验室管理理念建立了实验室开放新模式。在促进创新管理手段同时,促进了实验教学的创新,及学生的创新能力培养,实验室资源有效调配;促进了科研和学科发展,及实验室体制和机制创新。
Facing the complex issues occurred in management of university laboratory,experimental teaching center in college of Materials Science and Engineering, Donghua University combining with the experience and methods accumulated in own-laboratory opening process since 2008,and jointing professional company,self designed a set of＂laboratory intelligent management system＂as an important tool for laboratory opening management. New laboratory opening mode was established with new management philosophy. Innovation in management tools promotes the innovation of experimental teaching,the culture of students＇ innovative ability,the effective deployment of laboratory resources,the development of scientific research and discipline,and the innovation of laboratory system and mechanism as well.
