国际化卓越会计人才培养定位及模式研究

Research on Training Mode and Cultivation Orientation of Internationalized Excellent Accounting Professional

针对当前高校会计人才培养存在的问题,结合国内外会计人才培养理论和实践经验,对我国高校会计人才培养定位和培养模式进行了研究。以"卓越计划"为契机,从国际化卓越会计人才培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、教学手段和考核方式、国际化合作与交流、实践教学、师资队伍建设、毕业生的跟踪调查等方面研究"德、知、行、思"、"多元化、开放式、学做研合一"的国际化卓越会计人才培养模式,对于满足全球经济发展环境下的会计人才需求和人才培养具有重要的意义。

In view of current college＇s accounting professional training problems,combining with domestic and foreign accounting personnel training theory and practice experience,this article studies our college＇s accounting professional training mode. With ＂Excellence Program＂as a turning point,from the perspectives of training target,training mode,course system,teaching mode and method,evaluation methods,international education,practice teaching,graduate tracking survey,the paper researches how to build ＂ethics,intellectual,practice,thoughts＂,＂diversity,open,combination of learning,doing and research ＂internationalized outstanding accountant ＇s training mode,to meet the demand of accounting talents in the background of the global economic development environment. This research is of great significance to personnel training.
