无论是个体与个体之间,还是群体与群体之间,富有成效的沟通一定是对心理空间的沁润,是心理深层的互通,能实现彼此心灵的共鸣。教师与学生之间的沟通是进行教育教学工作的重要一环,有效的师生沟通对于学生管理工作同样起到很好的促进作用。[13]通过调查师生沟通现状,找准深谙师生个体或群体心理的影响途径,并有针对性地提出科学有效的师生沟通策略,解决棘手的个体或群体之间的各种分歧和冲突等问题,对学生工作实践有着极其重要的现实意义。

Communication between the teacher and the student is an important part of the education and teaching work. In the student management work,effective communication also plays a very good role. Through the investigation of current situation of communication between the teacher and the student,teachers and students know individual or group psychology,and put forward scientific and effective teacher-student communication strategy. Solving all kinds of differences and intractable conflict among individuals and / or groups,is of great significance for students work.
