厨房刀具用高硅低铬耐磨不锈钢开发生产实践

摘要 通过降低铬含量和提高碳、硅含量,提高了刀具的整体硬度和重复修磨性,通过加入合金化元素V、N、B等细化和强化基体;采用KR铁水脱硫和EAF-GOR两步法冶炼工艺,实现磷含量小于0.012%、硫含量在0.010%以下,保证了钢水纯净度;采用电磁搅拌、配水工艺、保护渣技术,保证铸坯中心区域组织均匀性,提高了刀具刃部切削持久性能;采用炉卷轧机优势实现了规模化、薄规格板材轧制。 By reducing the chromium content and improving carbon, silicon contents, the overall hardness and grind ability of repetition of cutting tools are improved. The matrix is refined and strengthened by adding alloying elements V, N and B;Adopting the KR desulphurization and EAF-GOR two step process, the phosphorus content of less than 0.012% and the sulfur content below 0.010%are achieved to ensure the purity of molten steel;Using electromagnetic stirring, water distribution process and covering slag technology, the center microstructure uniformity of slab is ensured to improve the cutting persistence of the blade of knife; By the advantage of Steckel mill, the scale and thin hot-rolled coil is produced.
