莱矿选矿厂为提高铁金属回收率,降低尾矿品位,减少铁金属的流失,不断对磁选进行技术改造,实施磨前湿选工艺,应用大筒径磁选机,使用中磁机及污水磁选机,对尾矿进行扫选改造,更新磁选设备等,取得了良好的效果,最终铁金属综合回收率达到93%以上,尾矿品位降到7%以下。
