摘要
通过建立数学模拟研究了添加覆盖剂和保温层对钢包静置过程中钢水温降的影响。结果表明:钢包静置过程中,钢水通过其上表面及钢包的包衬向外界传递热量,钢水温度下降。添加保温覆盖剂可使钢水上表面热损失大幅度下降,从而有效减小钢水温降。添加保温层可有效减小钢水通过钢包包衬向外界环境散失的热量,从而有效减小钢水温降。
A mathematical model was established to predict the temperature variation of molten steel in standing process. The mathematical simulation results proved that most of the heat loss escapes through the surface of the molten steel and the refractory linings of the ladle. Adding covering agent on the molten steel surface can greatly decrease heat loss of the molten steel and then reducing the steel temperature drop. The application of an insulation lining can also significantly decrease the temperature drop by reducing the heat loss escaped through the ladle to the environment.
