摘要
通过FactSage热力学分析软件对喷吹煤粉灰组分的成渣特性进行预测,并且对直吹管内煤粉及喷枪堵塞物取样,进行微观分析,得出以下结论:1)高炉喷吹煤粉结渣特性皆由碱性物质引起,并且与成渣四元系CaO-Al2O3-Si O2-MgO中的CaO含量正相关;2)为保证成渣特性温度在1 650℃,CaO含量在CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO成渣四元系中不超过10%;3)尽可能在保证烟煤、瘦煤等变质程度较低煤粉的粒度<74μm的情况下,减少<2μm的微粒颗粒含量。
Scorification properties of coal ash in certain composition were forecasted by FactSage, which is software for analysis of dynamics. Reasons for the scorification at the tuyere was obtained by microcosmic analysis of PC sample and blockages from the belly pipe.Following conclusions can be obtained that scorification characteristics of PC was determined by basic matters and showed a positive correlation to CaO content in the CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO slag system. In order to stabilize the scorification temperature at 1 650℃, CaO content should be controlled under 10%. Particle size of bituminite and lean coal should be under 74μm, meanwhile, cut down the amount of micro particles under 2μm.
