摘要
以拜耳法氧化铝生产为依托,用氧化铝分解母液为铝源,与一定浓度的液体水玻璃进行反应,经过浆化、老化、晶化、洗涤及干燥等工序,得到高性能的13X沸石分子筛产品。该工艺完全利用了母液中的氧化铝,不仅降低13X沸石产品的生产成本,同时提高了氧化铝生产的效率,并且无"三废"排放。
Based on the alumina production by Bayer process, taking the alumina decomposing mother liquor as aluminum source, reacted with liquid water glass with certain concentration, and through slurrying, aging, crystallization, washing, drying and other processes, the 13X zeolite products with high quality were got. The process completely utilizes the alumina in the mother liquor, not only reduces the production cost, at the same time, increases the efficiency of alumina production and has not“three wastes”emissions.
