摘要
采用专家访谈、文献资料等方法首先对宁波市高危性体育项目的发展及管理现状进行分析,并结合对高危险性体育项目法律法规、安全保障、市场监管、人为风险、经营活动标准化5方面风险管理因素的讨论,进而提出宁波市建立和完善高危险性体育项目指南查询系统、培训系统和市场监管系统的建议,旨在加强宁波市高危险性体育项目的管理,保护参与者的正当权益和人身安全,推动宁波市高危险性体育项目的健康、安全发展。
The research analyszes the current situation of development and management about high--risk sports in Ningbo city by the research methods of literature consultation, survey interview and so on. Combined with the risk management factors discussion of high--risk sports laws and regulations, security assurance, market supervision, manufactured risks, management activity standardization in five aspects, the author makes recommendations to estab- lish and improve high--risk sports guide query system, training system and market supervision system, aiming at strengthening the management of high--risk sports, protecting the legitimate rights and personal safety of partici- pants, and promoting the healthy and safety development of high--risk sports in Ningbo city.
