摘要
水下储油多使用油水置换工艺,该工艺经济高效,但仍会有少量原油在油水置换过程中随水排放到周围海水中,累积造成环境污染。为此该文提出了油水隔离置换水下储油新设想,针对油水置换和原油外输工艺提出三种设想并进行优选,既保留了油水置换储油的主要优点,又避免了环境污染等缺点。
There are many ways of underwater oil storage, as it's more economical and efficiency, the method of oil-water exchange is more popular. But sometimes, there may beoil -water mixture discharged into the sea when the sea water deballast from oil storage tanks, and it is a pollutantproblem to the surrounding seawater. This article is mainly Introduce and com- pare 3 cases of oil storage and offloading. The new idea not only retains the main advantages of oil storage and offloading, but also avoids the environmental pollution and other disadvan- tages.
