随着我国高等院校的发展和改革不断深入,对高校大学生思想政治工作的要求也越来越高,辅导员的工作和发展都面临新的挑战。高校辅导员专业化职业化发展具有重大和长远的意义。结合目前我国高校辅导员的工作现状阐明辅导员专业化职业化发展的重要性,提出面临的问题和解决措施。

Along with the development and reform of universities in our country, the requirement to college students＆#39;ideological and political work in colleges and universities is becoming more and more high, the coun-selor＆#39;s work and development are facing new challenges.College counselor specialization of professional devel-opment has the important and long-term significance.Combining the present status of the college counselors work in China, this essay clarifies the importance of specialization of counselors professionalization develop-ment, problem and solving measures are put forward.
