摘要
用水洗、NaCl溶液及MgSO4溶液对橡胶颗粒进行处理,电镜观测结果显示,这3种方法均可改变橡胶颗粒表面的孔隙结构,增加其粗糙度.与基准橡胶混凝土相比,水洗改性橡胶混凝土及NaCl改性橡胶混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度均有所提高,其中NaCl溶液的改性效果更优.MgSO4改性橡胶混凝土的抗压强度与劈拉强度试验结果不理想,MgSO4溶液不适宜作为处理橡胶颗粒的改性剂.
Using clear water, NaC1 solution and MgSO4 solution to treat the rubber particles, and then through scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis, it is confirmed that these three processing methods can change the pore structure of rubber particle surface and increase the roughness. Compared with the bench- mark rubber concrete, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the treated rubber concrete are improved; and the modified effect of NaC1 solution is better. The test results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of MgSO4 modified rubber concrete are not satisfactory; so MgSO4 so- lution is not a suitable modifier.
