摘要
针对两台特殊用途绞车速度同步控制的要求,设计了由变量泵控变量马达液压驱动系统和模糊PID控制器,分别在AMESim和Simulink中建立液压系统模型和控制器模型,联合仿真分析了绞车在摊铺作业模式下和高速行走模式下的性能,结果表明所设计绞车系统具有较高的速度同步性,满足实际工况要求.
According to speed synchronous control requirrement of two dedicated hydraulic winches, hydraulic drive system composed of variable pump and variable motor,and fuzzy PID controller were designed. Hydrau- lic system model and controller model were built separately in AMESim and Simulink. The performance under paving mode and walking mode is analysed using co-simulation. The results show that the winch system has high speed synchronization performance, so as to meet the requirement of actual conditions.
