抗菌药物处方点评系统的开发与应用

Development and application of antibacterial prescription evaluation system

目的:通过开展电子化抗菌药物处方点评,充分利用信息化手段,促进抗菌药物临床合理应用。方法:在医院信息系统(HIS)基础上,借助pb6.5软件开发处方点评页面,使用sql 2008数据库进行数据交付,开发福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院抗菌药物处方点评系统并加以运用。结果:使用电子化处方点评系统以来,抗菌药物处方合格率明显提高,门诊、急诊抗菌药物使用率显著下降,同时促进了药师和医师的交流和沟通。结论:利用信息化手段可以有效促进抗菌药物临床合理应用。

Objective： To promote the rational use of antibacterials through electronic prescription evaluation and by mak- ing full use of information technology. Methods： Based on the Hospital Information System （HIS） and with the setup of the prescription evaluation page by using PowerBuilder 6.5 software （pb6.5） and with data delivery by using sql 2008 database, the hospital antibacterial prescription evaluation system was developed and applied in the First Hospital of Quanzhou Affiliated to Fujian Medical University. Results： Since the application of electronic prescription evaluation system, the qualification rate of antibacterial prescriptions has increased considerably, and the application of antibacterials in outpatient and emergency depart- ments decreased markedly. At the same time, contacts and communications between clinical pharmacists and physicians were strengthened obviously. Conclusion： The application of information technology could effectively promote rational use of antibac- terials clinically.
