基于工时测定法测算成都军区昆明总医院住院药房人员配置

摘要 目的:通过对成都军区昆明总医院住院药房药学人员工作量的测算,得出按现工作流程和工作量所需的人员配置,为管理者及同行提供参考。方法:运用工时测定法对本院住院药房现有20名药学人员每日的工作内容进行跟踪观察与计时,将测量结果录入Excel表建立数据库,对各个流程的药学人员工作量分类汇总。结果:测量出9项住院药房工作项目平均操作时间,匡算出住院药房实际所需药师人数约为20名。结论:工时测定法可以科学测算药房药师工作量,住院药房药师人数应以药房实际工作量为依据合理配置。 Objective: To know the staffing requirement based on the current workflow and workload through systematic measurement of the workload of inpatient pharmacy in the Kunming General Hospital of the Chengdu Military Region, so as to provide reference for the administrators of the hospital and colleagues concerned. Methods: Close observation was made on the daily work contents of the 20 pharmacists of the inpatient pharmacy based on the measurement of working hours, and accurate working hours were calculated accordingly. Then, related database was established through feeding of the measured results into the Excel table, and finally the workloads in various working positions were classified and summarized. Results: The average working hours of the 9 working posts in the inpatient pharmacy were accurately calculated. Rough calculation revealed that the actual staffing of pharmacists of the inpatient pharmacy was about 20. Conclusion: The working hour measurement could scien- tifically calculate the workload of pharmacists in the inpatient pharmacy. Pharmacists in the inpatient pharmacy could he ration- ally staffed in accordance with the actual workload of the inpatient pharmacy.
