摘要
本文将国民经济各部门划分为技术引进部门和传统部门,二者的区别在于技术进步方式不同,前者从国外引进先进技术,后者通过在生产中应用技术引进部门产品获得技术进步。在两部门条件下推导工资差距模型,两部门的工资差距由技术和资本积累差异决定,再将两部门的结论推广解释行业工资差距。最后以制造业29个行业与农业的工资差距数据为样本进行实证检验,分析结果表明,技术引进速度越快、技术水平越高的行业其与农业部门的工资差距就越大。
This paper will divide the national economic sectors into two departments : technolo- gy import one and traditional one. The difference between them is that they achieve technological progress in different ways, and the former introduces advanced technology from abroad while the latter improves productivity by imputing products from technology introduction department. Wage gap model is deducted under the condition of two departments and pay gap is determind by differ- ences in technology and capital accumulation. The explanation is applied to wage gap between in- dustries. Finally we use panel data of wage gap between 29 manufacturing industries and agriculture to do an empirical test . Results show that the faster the speed of an industry import technology from abroad, the higher the technical gap between the industry and agriculture, and the greater the wage gap between them is.
