水电站水闸闸门改造设计实例分析

摘要 低水头水闸结构中经常会用到底流式消能工程,该工程对于消力池尺寸的控制比较复杂,对闸门开启高度和下游水位深度有很大要求,同时启闭机的正常使用也是影响水位的关键因素,所以如何设计一个合理、简易操作的闸门型式是提高水电站工程效率的重要方面。文本通过笔者参与的某水电站闸坝闸门改造设计为例,从闸坝消力池的尺寸控制、二台机运转的正常运用等方面进行分析,总结更为合理、有效、操作便利的闸门型式,以供广大读者参考。 A low head sluice structures are often used in the end-flow energy dissipation project ,the project for the control of stilling basin size is more complex ,the height of the gate opening and downstream water level has great depth requirements,but also the normal use Hoist the key factors affecting the water level,so how to design a reasonable,easy to operate gate type is an important aspect of improving the efficiency of the hy-dropower project.This paper taking a hydropower dam design involved in the transformation of the gate as an example analyzed from the dam stilling basin dimensional control ,two sets of machine operation and other as-pects of normal use,and summarizes more reasonable,effective and convenient operation of the gate type to provide reference for similar projects.
