重度烧伤患者的生活质量及其影响因素

Quality of Life and Its Influence Factors of Patients with Severe Burn

目的探讨重度烧伤患者的生活质量及其影响因素,为临床护理提供依据。方法 2007年12月至2010年8月,采用烧伤后健康专用量表(burn specific health scale,BSHS)对无锡市某三级甲等医院烧伤科收治的64例重度烧伤患者进行调查分析。结果不同婚姻状况、文化程度、收入、受伤面积、受伤时间烧伤患者的生活质量总分、一般健康状况、社会关系、心理功能和躯体功能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、手术次数患者的生活质量总分、一般健康状况、社会关系及躯体功能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同住院天数患者的生活质量总分、社会关系、心理功能和躯体功能得分差异且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对生活质量影响较大的因素依次是受伤时间、手术次数、收入情况、住院天数、文化程度、受伤时间、手术次数、收入情况、文化程度与生活质量总分呈正相关,住院天数与生活质量总分呈负相关。结论医护人员及社会应关注重度烧伤患者的生活质量,采取对应措施,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate quality of life and its influence factors of patients with severe burnand to provide clinical evidence.Methods 64 patients with severe burn in the department of burn in a Wuxi hospital were investigated by Burn Specific Health Scale（BSHS）from December 2007 to August 2010.Re-sults Total score of quality of life,general health status,social relationship,psychological function and physical function were different in patients with different marital status,education level,income,injure area and injure time （P 〈0.05）.Total score of quality of life,general health status,social relationship,and phys-ical function were different in patients with different age,skin-grafting times（P 〈0.05）.Total score of qual-ity of life,social relationship,psychological function and physical function were different in patients with different length of hospitalization（P 〈0.05）.Influence factors of patients’quality of life are injury time, number of operations,income,length of hospitalization and education level.Injury time,number of opera-tions,income and education level have positive relationship with patients’quality of life.Length of hospital-ization has negative relationship with patients’quality of life.Conclusion Health care providers and the whole society should pay more attention to quality of life of patients with severe burn and should take measures to improve their quality of life.
