摘要
目的:探讨精细化管理在医疗救援任务手术室物品准备中的应用及效果。方法依据精细化管理理念对手术室物品准备及使用进行管理,使其标准化、量化、流程化。结果共完成手术212例,每次手术物品准备时间控制在3~8 min 内,物品准备及时、准确。结论通过对手术室物品准备的精细化管理,可以缩短手术室物品准备时间,提高手术医生的满意度,使手术顺利进行。
Objective To investigate the application effect of fine management in operation room.Methods Based on the fine management concepts to the operation room for preparation and use of operation items to make its standardization,quantification and follow the process.Results A total of 212 cases of operation were completed,material preparation time were control in 3-8 minutes;items were prepared timely and ac-curately.Conclusion The fine management of operation room items preparation can shorten the operation goods preparation time,improve the operation doctor satisfaction and make the operation processed smoothly.
