摘要
设计一种基于Zigbee无线网络的超高层消防车射水枪控制系统,由无线通信网络传输着火点图像信号和射水枪移位控制指令,再通过机械臂代替消防员完成锁定火源的操作,从而减弱了对云梯的负重要求,降低了云梯结构设计难度和材料费用,达到减少消防车制造成本目的。介绍图像采集、图像传输、中央处理等关键技术及系统软件设计,并通过模拟试验验证系统有效性。
A jetrig control system for high-rise fire truck based on Zigbee was designed, the fire point image signals and jetrig shift control commands were transmitted by wireless communi- cation network, the mechanical arm was locking on fire source and control the jetrig instead of firemen to reduce the load re- quirements of scaling adder, and the difficulty and cost of scal- ing ladder structure design were also decreased. The key tech nology such as image collection, image transmission, center control and system software design were introduced, and the system effectiveness was verified by simulation test.
