实施功能性体操锻炼对早期脑卒中患者功能恢复的研究

Implementation of Functional Gymnastics Exercise on Patients with Early Functional Recovery of Stroke

目的:通过探讨早期脑卒中患者在练习功能性体操后功能的恢复情况,对独立站立作出相应的变化分析,为早期脑卒中患者进行功能训练和恢复提供相应的理论依据。方法:遴选出16例符合受试标准的男性早期脑卒中患者进行分组测定,即实验组和对照组,利用Zebris平衡测试仪及相关功能量表对受试者功能恢复数据情况进行相关性分析。结果:实验组在各项数据上均优于对照组,功能恢复量表及平衡测试仪数据存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)结论:功能性体操在一定程度上可以帮助患者更好的恢复自身功能,对早期脑卒中患者临床康复具有很好的指导意义。

abstract： By exploring the early recovery of stroke patients in functional gymnastic exercises after the function, independent standing to make the appropriate change analysis, functional training and recovery provide the theoretical basis for early stroke patients. Metheds： The selection of the 16 cases of male stroke patients early test standards conform to group determination, that the ex perimental and control groups, using Zebris balance tester and related functional scale functional recovery of data subjects conducted correlation analysis. Results：Data on the experimental group than the control group, the func tional recovery of scale and balance tester data there aresignificant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） Conclusion ： Functional gymnastics to some extent, can help patients restore their function better, has a good guidance for clinical rehabilita- tion of stroke patients early.
