普通高校体育课“三自主”异步教学模式与效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 在不断调整和完善教学实施方案的基础上,提出了"三自主"异步教学模式,并以大学一年级男生为研究对象,采用实验测试法论证了异步教学效果。结果表明:1本研究设计的"三自主"异步教学模式可以在一定程度上弥补有可能存在的师资结构不合理、教学资源匮乏等问题,让学生在具有一定自由度的情况下自主选择运动项目、授课时间和授课教师;2异步教学比同步教学模式更能提高学生体质,促进学生在体育课中走动或跑动,尤其是促进基础班学生的走动或跑动;3异步教学比同步教学模式能更好的改善学生心血管机能,具体表现为实验组安静时心率较低、运动中心率较高、运动后心率恢复较快;4异步教学更能增强基础班学生在体育课上的运动量;5前人研究中,对异步教学实验效果提高的原因分析的不够具体。 In this study, continue to adjust and improve the teaching embodiment based on "three independent" asynchronous teaching mode, and male freshman for the study, experimental test method demonstrates the effect of asynchronous teaching. The results show that:① The research and design of the "three independent" teaching model can to some extent make up for the possible existence of the irrational structure of teachers, lack of teaching resources and so on, let the students in a certain de-gree of freedom under the condition of independent choice of sports, teaching time and teaching. ②Asynchronous teaching can improve the students' physique than synchronous teaching mode, promote the students walk or run in physical education, especially to promote the foundation class students walk or run. ③ Asynchronous teaching is better than synchronous teaching model improve cardio- vascular function of students, the specific performance of the experimental group resting heart rate is low, sports center, a higher rate of heart rate recovery after exercise faster. ④ asynchronous teaching can enhance the exercise of the basic classes of students in physical education ; ⑤In previous studies, reasons of the effect of asynchronous teaching were not analyzed specific enough.
