摘要
目的:探讨大学生生活方式与心理亚健康之间的关系,为改善大学生心理健康状况提供理论参考。方法:选取贵州省部分高校的600名大学生为调查对象,回收心理亚健康与生活方式的有效问卷544份,运用spss19.0中文版软件进行统计分析。结果:生活方式各自变量与因变量心理亚健康之间的相关系数均在0.6-0.8之间,具有较强的相关性。进一步的回归分析表明,生活方式各维度对大学生心理亚健康的影响度大小不一,对心理亚健康影响权重从大到小的生活方式依次是人际支持行为、生活规律行为、健康责任行为、健康危害行为、饮食营养行为、运动锻炼行为、生命欣赏行为和压力管理行为,其中人际交往、生活规律、健康责任和健康危害等4个维度对心理亚健康的影响是非常显著的(P<0.01)。结论:大学生的生活方式对于心理亚健康状况具有较强的解释作用,改善大学生的心理亚健康从生活方式入手将会起到明显的效果。
Objective : Explore the relationship between the college lifestyle and psychological subhealth, providing a theoretical reference for improving the mental health of college students. Methods:Select some colleges and universities in Guizhou 600 college students surveyed, 544 valid questionnaires were recovered psychological sub health and lifestyle, using spssl9.0 for statistical analy sis. Results:Lifestyle variables and the dependent variable correlation coefficient between each psychological sub health were between 0. 6 0. 8, with a strong correlation. Further regression analysis showed that lifestyle dimen sions on students' psychological subhealth impact of the different sizes, weights on the psychological subhealth im pact of lifestyle followed in descending support interper sonal behavior, the behavior patterns of life, health, re sponsible behavior, health harmful behavior, nutrition be havior, exercise behavior, life appreciation behavior and stress management behaviors, the impact of which four di mensions of interpersonal relationships, patterns of life, health, liability and health hazards, such as psychological subhealth is very significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The college lifestyle for mental health situation of having to explain the role of a strong and improving their mental life starting from subhealth will play a significant effect.
