摘要
夫妻忠诚协议是基于夫妻间身份关系而签订的,其请求权基础为《民法通则》。忠诚协议中有关"一夜情禁止"及"净身出户"条款不应完全得到支持。"情侣"间签订的忠诚协议实属无效且忠诚协议的赔偿请求不能得到继承。
Loyalty agreement is signed based on identity relationship between husband and wife. It＇s basis of claim is Civil Law. The clauses about one night stand is forbidden and leave home without anything should not be fully supported. Loyalty agreement signed by unmarried couples is invalid. And the damage claim of marital loyalty agreement cannot be inherited.
