师范生实习支教研究的现状、问题与展望

The Present Situation,Problem and Prospect of Teaching Practice as Substitute Teacher

实习支教十余年的研究成果丰富,内容涵盖了实习支教形式和特点研究、意义和价值研究、理论基础研究、工作内容研究、存在问题研究、保障策略研究等方面。但也还存在内涵界定窄化;质量评价和保障研究缺乏;多视角、多学科研究缺乏等不足之处,以后的研究应该加强基础理论研究;研究重心应从"工作程序"研究向"质量提升"研究深化;研究方法和视角要从"单一"走向"多元"。

The study of teaching practice as substitute teacher has got rich achievements which covers the forms and features research,significance and value research,basic theory research,work content research,problems research,guarantee strategy research,etc. But it leaves something to be desired,such as,the definition is not clear; the research about evaluation and guarantee of quality is insufficient;lack of research from another aspects and multidisciplinary. Further research should strengthen on basic theory,the key of research should be deepen from the＂working procedures＂to＂quality improvement＂; the methods and perspective of research should be from a＂single＂to＂multiple＂.
