高职学生职业需求心理研究

Research on Students' Psychological Needs on Career in Higher Vocational College

通过对高职学生的心理调查,分析学生在职业需求心理方面存在的问题,并从激发专业兴趣、建立合理的职业需求体系、注重学生职业需求心理的成长、培养良好的就业自我效能感、发展职业所需的能力和素养等方面提出建议,使学生建立合理的职业需求体系,增强就业心理能力。

Through the psychological investigation on the vocational college students＇ career demand, some problems are found out. It can be solved through stimulating professional interest, establishing reasonable career demand system, paying attention to the growth of students＇ career demand, promoting the feeling of job self-efficacy and developing the occupational ability and quality. All of those will make the students form reasonable career demand sys- tem and promote the psychological develooment of the students.
