为了解决当前高校90后学生中出现的学习积极性不高、思想多元化、辨别能力差、自立能力弱等问题,采用抽样调查的方法,全面深入分析90后大学生身心特点。高校辅导员要努力提升自身综合素质,以学生利益为中心,用爱心、责任心和事业心做学生的良师益友,引导学生做到4个结合,努力成长为国家的栋梁。

In order to solve the current college students＇problems such as learning enthusiasm is not high, ideology is diversified, distinguish ability is poor, self-supporting ability is weak, the author adopts the method of sampling investigation, comprehensive and in-depth analysis of post-90s college students＇physical and mental characteristics. College counselors should strive to improve their comprehensive quality, to the interests of the students as the cen- ter, holding the love, sense of responsibility and dedication, to be students＂ good teachers and helpful friends, guide the students to achieve four combinations, and strive to grow into pillars of the state.
