高职院校参与法律援助的动因、存在问题及思考

On the Motivation,Existing Problems and Thinking about Higher Vocational Colleges Participating in Legal Aid Problem

高校法律援助在我国已经运行了十几年,其中高职院校参与法律援助也占了很大比重。为使高职院校更好地参与法律援助,发挥服务地区发展的作用,分析了高职院校基于何因参与法律援助、运行情况如何、存在哪些问题以及应该如何解决,为高职院校法律援助服务工作做了有益的探索。

University legal aid has been running for more than ten years in our country, the higher vocational colle- ges to participate in legal aid also accounted for a large proportion. To make higher vocational colleges to better par- ticipate in legal aid, play a role in the development of service area, the author analyzed the reason that the higher vocational colleges participate in legal aid, how the running situation is, what problems there are and how to solve them. All of the work has made the beneficial exploration for legal aid services in higher vocational colleges.
