摘要
针对蚌埠地区500 k V架空输电线路杆塔钢绞线防坠落装置磨损、断股等缺陷的存在,结合国内杆塔防坠装置常用技术和当前线路现状特点,对现有防坠装置分别提出了三种改造方案。在保证安全和技术可行的基础上,重点分析成本因素,最终选取第三种实施方案。结果表明:采用自行设计的新固定装置对500 k V线路防坠装置进行整改,不仅解决了问题,而且达到了节省成本、提高经济性的目的。
In view of the existence of defects such as wear,broken stocks on the anti-fall device of the 500 k V overhead transmission lines tower steel strand in Bengbu combined with domestic conventional techniques of anti-fall device and present characteristics of the current line,this paper proposes three kinds of reformation programs to the existing anti-fall device. For ensuring the safety and technical feasibility,the third program is ultimately selected based on the cost factors. It is not only to solve the problem,but also to save costs and improve economic efficiency when using the new self-desigened fixtures to reform the anti-fall device of 500 k V overhead transmission lines.
