公共意识培育的研究要有明确理论进路和出路。其理论进路是明确区分公与私以及公共领域与私人领域、公共意识与公民意识、公德意识、公共理性及公共精神概念,并探寻公共意识与个人意识间的联结。共和主义、自由主义、社群主义理论是路径模型,陌生人社会理论中的契约精神和法律精神是制度支持,信任和责任等公共理性则是价值支撑,这些理论提供了公共意识培育的出路借鉴。

The research of the cultivation of public consciousness must have clear theoretical approach and breakthrough.
