团体心理治疗改善精神分裂症患者依从性临床研究

Contrast Research of Group Psychotherapy's Influence on Schizophrenia's Treatment Compliance

目的：探讨团体心理治疗对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响.方法：选取60例精神分裂症缓解期患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,两组均给予抗精神病药物治疗（利培酮2～6mg/d）和常规治疗及护理,研究组给予联合团体心理治疗,每周2次,每次90min,持续8周.采用自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）评定临床疗效.结果：治疗前,两组患者的治疗依从性差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;经治疗,研究组患者治疗依从性显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：团体心理治疗能有效改善精神分裂症患者的治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用.

Objective：To study that the Group Psychotherapy influences the treatment compliance of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods：Choose 60 patients with schizophrenia in their period of remission. Divide the 60 patients into two groups, the experi- mental group and the control group. Each contains 30 patients. Give both group treatment with antipsychotic drug （Risperidone, 2 to 6rag per day） and other conventional therapy. At the same time, treat the experimental group with the Group Psychotherapy twice a week, every time lasts 90 minutes. The study will continue 8 weeks. Results： Test the result with ITAQ. Before the study, the treatment compliance of the two groups shows no obvious distinctions （P〈0.05）. After 8 weeks of Group Psychotherapy, the treatment compliance of the experimental group has a marked improvement than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Group Psychotherapy can effectively improve the treatment compliance of the patients with schizophrenia.
