摘要
1病例简介
29岁男性患者，因“左上腹痛2个月，突发气促、胸闷1个月”入院。患者入院前2个月无明显诱因下出现左上腹针刺样痛，伴气促，外院诊断为“肝硬化、脾肿大”，拟行脾切除术。术前患者发热持续20d，体温最高38℃，于白天升高，夜间恢复正常，伴咳嗽、咳白痰，痰中带血、量较少，外院予以抗感染治疗，并行胸腔镜下滑石粉胸膜固定术。
