碘Lugol’s溶液染色对鼻咽癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of 2% Lugol's iodine solution staining for naophargngeal cancer patients

[目的]探讨鼻咽电子纤维镜下用2%含碘Lugol’s溶液染色对鼻咽癌的早期诊断价值。[方法]用2%含碘Lugol’s溶液对观察组86例进行鼻咽黏膜染色检查,根据染色情况在不染色、淡染色区取活检,对照组90例不行碘染色,仅根据临床经验取活检,比较两组病人病理活检阳性检出率。[结果]观察组、对照组阳性检出率分别为89.5%和75.5%,癌阳性检出率分别为77.9%和64.4%,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]内镜下碘染色对早期鼻咽癌的早期诊断有重要意义。

Objective：To probe into the early diagnostic value of 2%Lugol’s iodine solution staining under nasopharyngeal electronic fiber mirror for nasopharyngeal cancer （NPC）.Methods：A total of 86 cases of patients in experimental group received nasopharyngeal mucous mem-brane staining by using the 2% Lugol’s iodine solution.According to staining or not,the light staining zone was taken for biopsy.The 90 cases of patients in control group didn’t receive iodine solution staining,it is bi-opsied only according to the clinic experience,then to compare the biopsy positive rate of two groups of patients.Results：the positive rate was re-spective 89.5% and 75.5% in observation group and control group,posi-tive cancer detection rate was 77.9% and 64.4% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion：Endo-scopic iodine staining is important for early diagnosis of NPC.
