摘要
探究式教学模式的核心是问题,教学活动一般围绕诸多问题展开。这种教学方式的实施,有助于培养学生积极的探究意欲和态度,让学生体会到自我发现的成就感,提高学生探求未知事物的能力。本文总结了笔者多年的教学经验,根据《管理学》的课程特点,分别从教学内容、教学组织形式和课程评价方式等方面提出了在《管理学》的教学中实施探究式教学的具体做法。
Questions are the core of inquiry teaching, as teaching activities generally focus on questions. The inquiry teaching mode can help students to explore the unknown, enable students to appreciate the sense of achievement from self-discovery, cultivate active exploration spirit and attitude, and help students to discover and solve problems with scientific methods. In this paper, the author's teaching experience of many years was summarized. According to the characteristics of the course"Management Science", the specific methods of implementing inquiry-based teaching in the teaching process of management were proposed from three aspects: teaching content, teaching organization and course assessment.
